I have practiced law in the Greater Houston area for over 10 years. My
commitment is to provide clients with competent, responsive, and ethically
sound legal representation. I tailor my practice to the unique needs of my
clients. My clients have come to understand that when they hire me, they have
direct access to a lawyer attuned to their unique needs.
I attempt to be as accessible as possible to all clients, either by visiting at a time
and place convenient to them, or by using technology to remain in touch. As a
result, my clients have come to expect sound legal advice, from an attorney
who is both accessible and ready to meet their unique needs.
My clients have come to appreciate my willingness to use all available legal
means to protect their interests. They understand that there are times when the
law must be used offensively to compel a customer, employee, competitor, or
government agency to acknowledge and respect their rights.
I hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center, and a
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas. I
am also a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
I am currently an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar
Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Italian American
Bar Association, the Consumer's Union, and the Business Law, Consumer &
Commercial Law, and General Practice Sections of the State Bar of Texas.
I am an officer with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve. I am a
combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I support the troops.
